The coach of Dynamo FC in Douala, Yves Clément Arroga, has resigned. Yves Clément Arroga sent his resignation letter to the chairman of the Wise Men’s Committee, Bon ba Djob, on April 8.

According to the former Intermediate Lions coach, his resignation is primarily due to the club’s management.
“My resignation is motivated primarily by the amateurism observed at the administrative level. Two requests for explanations that are non-existent have led to the suspension of the remaining playoff matches. Secondly, there are issues with the distribution of salaries and match bonuses that do not adhere to the contractual clauses, leading to frustrations among the players and technical staff,” Yves Clément Arroga said.
The resignation comes at a time when the team from the economic capital is competing for the title. There are several reasons why Clément Arroga is stepping down.
The promoted side played a leading role in Pool A during the regular phase. With a squad comprising experienced players, Dynamo was dreaming of the title. However, the dream has been shattered.
Dynamo is currently at the 7th position with two points after the fifth day of play. They are no longer the favorites to win the Cameroon title this season.
